Job summary

Spectrum Search Group is partnering with a large, stable organization to recruit an Accounts Payable Manager who will lead a high-volume AP Vendor Support function. You will oversee a team of 3 direct and 8 indirect reports and partner across Accounting, Treasury, Tax and IT.

The role offers a hybrid schedule (4 days in office, 1 day remote), Day 1 benefits eligibility, and a chance to shape service metrics, drive automation, and raise the performance bar in a large shared services environment.

Qualifications

• Experience leading large-volume AP teams in a public or global company.
• Proven ability to improve controls and processes in AP.
• Strong knowledge of ERP systems and integrations.
• Experience in cross-functional collaboration with Accounting, Treasury, Tax and IT.
