CFS, based in Orlando, Florida, seeks an experienced Accounts Payable Manager to lead the AP function and drive process improvements. The role collaborates with Accounting, Treasury, Tax and business partners to ensure accurate payments, compliance, and robust internal controls.

This is a hands-on leadership position in a thriving sports/entertainment adjacent organization. Ideal candidates bring 5+ years in AP or related financial operations, solid knowledge of AP controls and tax reporting,

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance or related field.
• 5+ years of AP or financial operations experience.
• Strong AP controls, GL reconciliations, and tax reporting experience.
• Experience leading process improvements and automation in AP.

Responsabilités

• Lead day-to-day AP operations including vendor payments, documentation, compliance, and reporting.
• Oversee AP-to-General Ledger reconciliations and support month-end and year-end close processes.
• Manage employee Travel & Expense and Procurement Card activity for policy adherence.
• Administer 1099/1042-S reporting, sales and use tax requirements, and unclaimed property processes.
• Identify and implement process improvements, automation opportunities, and enhanced AP controls.
