Job summary

CFS in Daytona Beach, FL is seeking an Accounts Payable Manager to lead our AP operations, ensure strong financial controls, and maintain compliance across vendor payments, tax reporting, and employee expenses.

You will partner with Accounting, Treasury, Tax, and business stakeholders to drive process improvements, implement automation, manage 1099/1042-S reporting, and support month- and year-end close within a nationally recognized sports and entertainment organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
• 5+ years of Accounts Payable or related financial operations experience.
• Strong experience with AP controls, GL reconciliations, vendor disbursements, tax reporting, and employee expense management.
• Experience leading AP initiatives and implementing process improvements or automation.

Responsibilities

• Lead assigned AP operations, including vendor payments, documentation, tax reporting, and compliance
• Oversee AP-to-General Ledger reconciliations and support month-end and year-end close
• Monitor employee Travel & Expense and Procurement Card activity for policy compliance
• Manage 1099/1042-S reporting, sales & use tax requirements, and unclaimed property administration
• Improve AP policies, internal controls, workflows, and automation in partnership with Accounting, Treasury, Tax, and business teams
