Job summary

CFS is seeking an Accounts Payable Manager in Orlando to lead day-to-day AP across multiple entities, drive process improvements, and ensure accurate, timely payments.

The role requires 5+ years leadership in AP, strong controls, ERP experience (Oracle Fusion, Medius), advanced Excel, and a collaborative onsite leadership style with cross-functional partners.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of leadership experience managing Accounts Payable teams in a high-volume environment.
• Strong knowledge of full-cycle AP operations, reconciliations, month-end close activities, internal controls, and vendor payment processes.
• Experience with ERP systems; Oracle Fusion and Medius experience strongly preferred.
• Advanced Excel skills required.
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead the day-to-day Accounts Payable function, including invoice processing, approvals, vendor management, and payment execution across multiple entities
• Oversee ACH, wire, check, and electronic payment processes while ensuring compliance with internal controls and company policies
• Monitor AP reconciliations, accrued liabilities, workflow activity, and month-end close requirements to ensure accuracy and timeliness
• Establish and track departmental KPIs, identify process bottlenecks, and implement continuous improvement initiatives
• Partner with cross-functional teams on ERP enhancements, automation projects, audits, and procure-to-pay process improvements

Salary: $95,000 - $105,000

Location: Orlando, Florida | Fully Onsite
