Job summary

Ascendo-Resources is recruiting for an AP Lead to oversee full-cycle accounts payable for two related entities in a Midtown Manhattan setting.

You will manage vendor relations, monitor aging, support cash forecasting, and ensure accurate payables with inventory teams, while collaborating with Controllers, the VP of Finance, and the CFO on process improvements and an ERP transition from QuickBooks to MS Dynamics.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of AP experience in a wholesale environment (required).
• Experience working with inventory.
• QuickBooks experience; exposure to MS Dynamics is a plus.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own full-cycle AP for two related entities, including postings, vendor management, and expense reports.
• Monitor AP aging, prepare AP KPIs, and support cash forecasting.
• Work with inventory and shipping to keep vendor payables accurate.
• Partner with the Controllers, VP of Finance, and CFO on process improvements and the ERP implementation.
