Job summary

Wurth Industry North America is seeking a Supervisor of Accounts Payable to lead the AP team and ensure accurate, timely invoice processing across ERP systems (P21 and SAP). You will manage workflow, vendor relations, and month‑end close activities.

The role emphasizes coaching, compliance with GAAP and company policies, and continuous process improvements to support finance, purchasing, and operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
• 5+ years of Accounts Payable, accounting, or related financial operations experience.
• 2+ years of supervisory, team lead, or demonstrated leadership experience preferred.
• Experience working with ERP systems; experience with P21 and/or SAP preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily Accounts Payable operations, including invoice processing, coding, approval workflows, payment processing, and vendor account maintenance.
• Ensure vendor invoices are processed accurately and timely and in accordance with established approval requirements and payment terms.
• Coordinate AP activities and workflows across P21 and SAP, ensuring consistent processes, controls, and service levels across both ERP environments.
• Supervise, coach, and develop Accounts Payable team members, providing direction regarding daily priorities, workload, performance expectations, and issue resolution.
• Assist with employee onboarding, training, performance evaluations, corrective action, and ongoing development of Accounts Payable team members.
