Job summary

Ledgent-Finance- in Houston is seeking an experienced Accounts Payable Lead to oversee invoice processing, vendor payments, and payable records in a fast-paced industrial services environment. The role is 100% in-office in North Houston.

Responsibilities include coding invoices, managing AP inquiries, month-end reconciliations, and ensuring timely vendor payments. The ideal candidate has 10+ years AP experience, proficiency with ERP systems and Excel, and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of accounts payable experience.
• Background in construction, industrial services, or similar industries preferred.
• Knowledge of accounting principles and AP workflows.
• Experience with ERP systems and Microsoft Excel.
• Strong attention to detail, organization, and communication skills.
• Job-cost accounting experience is a plus.
