Job summary

Gelmart, part of the Rafar Group, seeks a hands‑on Accounts Payable Lead to manage invoices, payments, and controls. You will supervise one AP Support team member and work with internal approvers to resolve discrepancies, while driving process improvements.

You will use ERP systems like Microsoft Dynamics 365 BC or NetSuite, emphasize accuracy, and ensure timely payments across high‑volume transactions. The role combines hands‑on processing with leadership responsibilities.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of accounts payable experience, including invoice processing and vendor reconciliation.
• Experience supervising or training a support team member.
• Experience matching invoices to purchase orders and receipts, supporting month-end close.
• Strong Excel, reconciliation, and data analysis skills.

Responsibilities

• Receive, code, and enter vendor invoices and match to POs/receipts.
• Prepare and process scheduled payment runs under the approved authorization process.
• Maintain vendor records, including setup, updates, W‑9 forms, and tax documentation.
• Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies with vendors and internal partners.
• Own weekly EOS scorecard updates for AP measures and report progress to team.
