Job summary

FirstService Residential seeks an Accounts Payable Supervisor to lead IMS administration, governance, and payment operations across properties and vendors. The role focuses on system stability, automation, and process efficiency while guiding a delivery team within the Shared Services structure.

The supervisor will collaborate with Technology, Treasury, and regional stakeholders to standardize AP practices, ensure compliance, and drive operational excellence.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in accounts payable or shared services
• Experience supervising or leading medium to large teams preferred
• Experience with IMS administration and governance of workflows

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day administration of the Invoice Management System (IMS) and onboarding/offboarding of vendors, properties, and accounts.
• Manage utility‑payment operations and onboarding of properties and vendors to ensure accurate setup and timely payments.
• Provide high-quality internal/external customer service and support client onboarding.
