Job summary

FirstService Residential is seeking an Accounts Payable Supervisor to lead IMS administration, onboarding/offboarding, and payment operations across properties. You will partner with Technology, IMS vendor, and regional stakeholders to ensure system stability and efficient processing.

The role emphasizes governance, internal controls, and cross-functional collaboration to support client experiences and scale transformation within the Global Shared Services organization.

Qualifications

• Associate or bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field preferred or equivalent experience.
• 2-4 years of supervisory experience in high-volume transaction processing.
• 3+ years in accounts payable, invoice processing, or vendor management with IMS exposure.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (Word/Excel).

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day IMS administration for vendor, property, and account onboarding/offboarding with governance standards.
• Manage utility-payment operations and onboarding/offboarding of properties and vendors.
• Deliver high-quality customer service to internal and external stakeholders.
• Maintain knowledge of regulatory and control requirements; escalate risks as needed.
• Support standardization and functionalization of AP areas with Shared Services objectives.
