Job summary

FirstService Residential is seeking a Client AP Systems Administrator to support the Global Shared Services Client Accounts Payable team. You will configure IMS profiles, manage access, and design workflows to optimize efficiency, compliance, and user experience.

You’ll collaborate with internal/external teams on enhancements and rollouts, document configurations, and deliver user training. The role requires 3+ years in AP/IMS administration, a relevant degree or experience, and the ability to

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in accounts payable, including IMS administration.
• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field preferred, or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage and create user profiles within the IMS with accurate access.
• Design and optimize workflows for efficiency and compliance.
• Communicate with internal/external clients to fit needs.
• Set up new properties and ensure proper integration with systems.
• Update banking information and GL code validations.
• Collaborate with IMS support to diagnose and resolve issues.
• Provide training and support to IMS users.
