Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Education or related field or equivalent work experience.
• Five years of accounts payable experience in a computerized environment preferred.
• Two years of supervisor experience required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee accounts payable operations and staff to ensure timely payments and accuracy.
• Supervise AP processing, ensure invoice authorization, PO matching where applicable, and timely payments to maximize discounts.
• Enter vendor data in Lawson and manage year-end 1099 reporting and compliance.
• Reconcile monthly AP activity and prepare journal entries for the GL.
• Maintain vendor W-9 files and assist with grant and compliance reporting.
• Develop and implement automation to improve payables processes and digital records retention.
