Job summary

Outdoor Research is seeking an Accounts Payable Lead to manage the day-to-day AP workflow and uphold internal controls. This onsite role reports to the Controller and requires accuracy, critical thinking, and cross-functional collaboration.

You will own AP processes including invoice routing, coding, approvals, and payments, with emphasis on timely processing and SOX-compliant practices across USD/CAD currencies.

Qualifications

• Experience with procure-to-pay and AP processing, SOX/internal controls.
• Ability to own AP processes and drive improvements.

Responsibilities

• Own Accounts Payable inbox: invoices, vendor inquiries, settlements and coding guidance.
