Solé Construction Partners is seeking an Accounts Payable Manager to take ownership of the AP function across affiliated companies. This hands-on leadership role focuses on building a capable team, tightening processes, and ensuring accurate and timely payments to vendors and subcontractors.

You will lead the AP team, oversee the entire AP cycle, and partner with IT to streamline systems and reporting. A strong background in AP, internal controls, and month-end close is required.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 5+ years of progressive accounts payable or accounting experience.
• 3+ years of experience leading a team.
• Strong knowledge of full-cycle AP, internal controls, and process optimization.
• Experience with lien waivers, subcontractor compliance, and job costing is a strong plus.
• Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to work under pressure.

• Lead, mentor, and develop the Accounts Payable team.
• Manage end-to-end AP cycle across entities.
• Oversee daily AP operations for accuracy and timeliness.
• Manage vendor relationships and resolve payment questions.
• Own subcontractor compliance including W-9s and lien waivers.
• Reconcile AP sub-ledgers to GL and support month-end close.
• Document AP processes and seek automation opportunities.
• Collaborate with IT to improve payment systems and reporting.
