Job summary

Prologis is seeking an Accounts Payable Team Lead based in Denver with an onsite expectation of 1–2 days per week. You will lead end-to-end AP activities, including invoice validation, PO matching, supplier interactions, and month-end close support, driving accuracy and efficiency across the organization.

The role requires 5+ years of AP experience, strong ERP knowledge (PeopleSoft), and proficient Excel skills.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of accounts payable experience in a high-volume environment.
• Experience using an ERP and an invoice workflow or imaging application.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.
• Ability to manage multiple routine and complex assignments with limited guidance.
• Strong communication with vendors and internal customers.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end execution of complex accounts payable work across multiple assignment types, meeting deadlines and SLAs.
• Execute and review complex payment processes, including payment cycles, positive pay reviews, EDI transmissions, and 1099 reporting.
• Process and review high volumes of PO and non-PO invoices, validating supplier data and coding.
• Research and resolve complex invoice and workflow issues; identify root causes and escalate when needed.
• Monitor queues, aging, and deadlines; coordinate with vendors and cross-functional partners to resolve issues.
• Lead routine projects and contribute to system implementations, automation, or close processes; provide coaching to team members.
