Missouri Slope Lutheran Care Center (MSLCC), Inc. is seeking an Accounts Payable Manager to oversee accurate, timely accounts payable operations for the organization and its foundation.

The role requires maintaining vendor records, reviewing invoices, coding expenses, and ensuring compliance with internal controls and policies. You will process payments, support month-end close and audits, respond to departmental questions, and help staff with coding and approvals while preserving

• Maintain accurate vendor records and tax documentation (W-9s).
• Review invoices for accuracy and proper coding before payment.

• Process vendor payments timely according to terms and controls.
• Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies promptly.
• Assist with month-end/year-end close and audit preparation.
• Support staff with questions on accounts payable procedures.
