• Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies.
• Maintain organized AP records and documentation.
• Respond to vendor inquiries about invoices and balances.
• Assist with month-end and year-end close activities.
• Prepare reports and monitor outstanding invoices.
• Assist audits by providing requested documents.
• Maintain confidentiality of financial information.
• Suggest process improvements for AP efficiency.
