Job summary

Sri Healthcare in Missouri seeks an Accounts Payable Specialist to manage data entry and ensure accurate accounts payable processing. You will review invoices, assign GL codes, and maintain vendor records in the accounting system.

Core duties include reconciling statements, assisting with check runs, and coordinating with vendors on payments. No supervisory responsibilities are expected.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of word processing, basic spreadsheet, and database maintenance.
• Basics of database entry; some Accounts Payable experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Sort daily Accounts Payable mail and forward for approval.
• Assign GL codes to invoices and input data into the system (CDK).
• Review data discrepancies and request clarification as needed.
• Assist with check runs, reconcile vendor statements, and verify PO accuracy.
• Communicate with employees and vendors regarding payments and onboarding.
