Job summary

Harlow Aerostructures LLC seeks an Accounting Associate to perform transactional and analytical tasks ensuring accurate, timely, and compliant financial data. You will support accounts payable, update inventory, and match invoices with documentation while coordinating with vendors and assisting with audits.

The role requires an Associate degree in accounting or related field and 1–3 years of hands-on experience, with strong Excel skills and attention to detail.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree in accounting or finance or equivalent.
• 1–3 years of relevant accounting experience.
• Proficiency in Excel and Microsoft Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Support accounts payable functions and processing.
• Update inventory spreadsheets with cost accounting input.
• Match invoices with supporting documentation.
• Enter invoices into accounting software and set for timely payment.
• Research and resolve invoice discrepancies for bank accounts, subledgers and GL accounts.
• Correspond with vendors and respond to inquiries.
• Provide supporting documentation for annual audits.
• Assist with various projects as needed.
