Qualifications

• 3+ years of AP, accounting, or related financial experience.
• Experience in multi-location or high-volume processing.
• Strong understanding of AP processes and general accounting principles.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong problem-solving and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Experience with accounting software and ERP systems.
• Strong written and verbal communication.
• Maintain confidentiality of financial information.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Enter and process vendor invoices accurately and timely.
• Review invoices for proper approvals, coding, and documentation.
• Prepare and issue vendor payments (checks, ACH, etc.).
• Maintain and update vendor files and tax documents.
• Research and resolve invoice discrepancies and vendor inquiries.
• Reconcile vendor statements and accounts.
• Process and reconcile corporate credit card expenses.
• Assist with month-end closing activities and reconciliations.
• Organize and maintain accounting records.
• Collaborate with dealership personnel and vendors to ensure accuracy.
• Monitor aging reports and identify liabilities.
• Support process improvements in AP.
