Job summary

Truly Good Foods, located in Charlotte, seeks an Accounts Payable Specialist to manage full-cycle AP processes and vendor relations. You will handle invoice processing in Continia, reconcile to the general ledger in ERP, and prepare payments weekly.

The role requires 5+ years in AP, experience with Microsoft Dynamics GP/BC, and strong accuracy. Join a collaborative Accounting/Finance team based in Charlotte.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree or higher in business or accounting; 4-year degree a plus.
• 5+ years of accounts payable or related experience.
• Experience with Microsoft Business Central and Continia (AP software) is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Process vendor invoices in Continia AP software and post to the GL in ERP/BC.
• Respond to vendor inquiries and prepare payment batches weekly.
• Lead new vendor setup and maintain vendor records; file 1099s.
• Manage corporate credit card program and tax filings (Use/Tax).
• Assist month-end close and reconcile AP subledger to GL; support controller.
