Blue Compass RV, a leading RV retailer, seeks an Accounts Payable Coordinator to join its Richardson, TX team. You will process invoices, maintain vendor records, and support the accounting group with reconciliations and payments.

The role requires 3+ years in AP or related finance, strong attention to detail, and proficiency in Excel and ERP/accounting software. A fast-paced environment awaits with opportunities for process improvement and cross-functional collaboration.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of accounts payable or related financial experience.
• Experience in a multi-location or high-volume processing environment.
• Strong understanding of accounts payable processes and general accounting principles.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong problem-solving and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive financial information.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Positive attitude and ability to work with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Process and enter vendor invoices accurately and timely.
• Maintain and update vendor records and tax documents.
• Reconcile vendor statements and accounts; assist with month-end closing.
• Prepare and issue vendor payments (checks, ACH, etc.).
• Research and resolve invoice discrepancies and vendor inquiries.
• Scan, organize, and maintain accounting records per policy.
• Collaborate with dealership personnel and vendors to ensure accurate transactions.
• Monitor aging reports and identify outstanding liabilities.
