Qualifications

• Ability to prioritize a high-volume workload under pressure and meet deadlines with accuracy.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills; work well independently or on a team.

Responsibilities

• Upload and balance Ace statements weekly; code corrections and PO matching.
• Send invoices to 3rd party processor; review error queues and correct as needed.
• Open AP department mail; research returned checks and obtain approvals for expenses.
• Research and resolve invoices with receiving or costing errors.
• Coordinate communications with vendors, stores, and other departments.
• Reconcile subledger to general ledger monthly.
