Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite with strong Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, reconciliation).
• Experience with accounting software such as Sage, Microsoft Dynamics 365, SAP, or Oracle NetSuite (preferred).
• Familiarity with Concur for expense management and credit card reconciliation (preferred).
• 0-2 years of experience in accounts payable, accounting, or a related financial role.

Responsibilities

• Process high-volume accounts payable invoices with proper coding, authorization, and compliance.
• Handle invoice processing and data entry, three-way matching, and vendor record maintenance.
• Process EFTs, ACHs, and check payments; reconcile credit card transactions and prepare monthly AP reconciliations.
• Communicate with vendors and internal teams to resolve payment discrepancies and inquiries.
• Assist with tax compliance, including monthly sales tax returns and 1099 forms as needed.
• Support internal audits and process improvements to enhance efficiency and controls.
