Astound is seeking an Accounts Payable Coordinator I to maintain relationships with internal and external customers and process AP within service levels.

You will route invoices, perform 3-way matching on PO invoices, and resolve discrepancies with Purchasing/Markets. The role requires strong communication, organization, and Excel skills, and offers comprehensive benefits for a regular full-time position.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of high-volume accounts payable experience.
• Experience with Great Plains Financial Software and ReqLogic preferred.
• Proficient with Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.
• Strong verbal and written communication and excellent customer service.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

Responsabilités

• Process incoming PO and non-PO invoices.
• Route invoices for coding and approvals via workflow.
• Process PO invoices with 3-way match.
• Resolve PO/invoice pricing and quantity discrepancies.
• Ensure vendor remittances are current.
• Process leasing, refunds, and programming uploads.
• Handle manual invoice requests within service levels.
• Process payment batches and check registers.
• Respond to customer inquiries promptly.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
