Job summary

The ideal candidate has 1+ year AP experience, NetSuite experience, and strong Excel skills. This position offers a hybrid work setup with 2-3 days in the Alpharetta office, supporting a fast-paced imaging services network.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of Accounts Payable experience.
• Experience with NetSuite in AP.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and standard accounting procedures.

Responsibilities

• Review and process purchase orders and invoices for payment.
• Code and enter invoices into the accounting system.
• Match vendor invoices to PO information and resolve discrepancies.
• Prepare batches and review for accuracy; follow up on statements and issues.
