Job summary

Zumiez is seeking an Accounts Payable Coordinator to support North American AP activities, vendor setups, and invoice processing. The role collaborates with internal teams and vendors to ensure timely payments and accurate coding.

The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, organized, and able to communicate effectively. Onsite in HO, full-time, non-exempt, with comprehensive benefits and growth opportunities within the accounting team.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED certificate (Required).
• 1-2 years in accounting or related field.
• BA/BS degree in accounting (preferred).
• Strong understanding of General Ledger system and accounts payable processing.
• Demonstrated critical thinking skills.
• A self-starter with the ability to identify and resolve issues quickly.
• Strong computer skills: Word, Excel, Access.
