• Knowledge of accounts payable principles and general accounting practices.
• Associate degree preferred in accounting/finance.
• 1–3 years of accounts payable experience.

Responsabilidades

• Process vendor invoices with proper approvals.
• Review and reconcile vendor statements and address discrepancies.
• Prepare electronic transfers, checks, ACH, and wire transfers.
• Maintain organized records of invoices and payments.
• Collaborate with internal departments to resolve discrepancies.
• Assist with month-end close and reconcile AP transactions.
• Prepare reports on accounts payable, vendor aging, and payment schedules.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
• Assist in annual audits with documentation.
• Support other accounting functions as needed.
