Responsabilités

• Process and enter vendor invoices accurately and in a timely manner.
• Review invoices for proper coding, approvals, and supporting documentation.
• Match invoices with purchase orders and receiving documents as needed.
• Prepare and process vendor payments in accordance with established schedules.
• Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies.
• Communicate with vendors regarding invoices, payment status, and outstanding issues.
• Maintain accurate accounts payable records and documentation.
• Assist with month-end close activities and account reconciliations.
• Support expense tracking and reporting as needed.
• Identify opportunities to improve AP processes and workflows.
• Assist with additional accounting tasks and special projects as needed.
