The Broadmoor is seeking an Accounts Payable/Data Entry Clerk to maintain vendor accounts and process financial transactions for a renowned Five-Star, Five-Diamond resort in Colorado Springs. You will ensure accurate payments, code invoices, and support month-end closing while upholding hospitality standards.

The ideal candidate has an associate degree or equal experience, strong communication skills, and proficiency in common accounting tools.

Qualificações

• Associate degree (A.A) or equivalent from two-year college or technical school, or three years relevant experience.
• Previous experience in accounts payable or general accounting and hospitality is preferred.
• Proficiency in accounting software like AS400, JD Edwards system and Perceptive.
• Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, percentages.
• Ability to utilize Microsoft Office tools for documentation and email communication.
• A highly motivated team player who connects easily with colleagues and drives results.
• Excellent communication skills, negotiation, conflict resolution and ability to work in fast-paced environment.
• Ability to lift, pull, or push up to 25 lbs. with assistance and proper safety practices.
• Flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.

Responsabilidades

• Verifies, matches and processes high-volume invoices.
• Match invoices with purchase orders and receiving records.
• Code invoices to the correct department and general ledger accounts.
• Prepare and execute daily payment batches.
• Reconcile vendor statements and resolve inquiries or invoice issues.
• Communicate professionally with vendors and department managers.
• Maintain organized digital and physical filing systems for financial records.
• Assist with month-end closing procedures, accruals, and audit requests.
