The Broadmoor is seeking a Payroll Coordinator to join our accounting team in Colorado Springs. You will work with the Payroll Manager to ensure accurate time/attendance and payroll data, and ensure paychecks and reports are issued on time.

This role supports a fast-paced team environment at a Forbes Five-Star, AAA Five Diamond resort, with opportunities to learn and grow within the payroll function.

Formación

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Experience with payroll software is a plus.
• Enthusiastic, friendly, and energetic team member who works well with others.
• Strong interpersonal communication skills.
• Occasional heavy lifting (up to 50 lbs.) with indoor/outdoor work environments.

Responsabilidades

• Enters information and personnel changes into the computer.
• Answers questions from employees and department heads.
• Verifies job and wage requests.
• Distributes various reports.
• Identifies and corrects system malfunctions, including time clocks.
• Supports the Payroll Manager.
• Enters tip changes into the system.
• Assists with bi-weekly payroll processing.
• Distributes payroll checks.
• Upholds Broadmoor policies and safety guidelines.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
