The Broadmoor in Colorado Springs seeks a Front Desk Agent to deliver five-star arrival, departure, and concierge-level guest services while maintaining immaculate front office standards. You will greet guests by name, manage seamless check-ins and check-outs, coordinate with housekeeping and management for VIP requests, and post charges accurately.

A high school diploma or GED is required; front desk experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Front desk or guest service experience preferred.
• Professional presentation and strong communication.
• Ability to use Microsoft Office and property management software.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests by name and manage check-ins/check-outs.
• Coordinate with housekeeping, concierge and management for VIP requests.
• Post charges, manage cash, and balance daily folios.
• Keep front desk stocked and organized at all times.
• Ensure compliance with Broadmoor guidelines, safety policies, and standards.
• Learn Broadmoor history, grounds, cuisine, and retail offerings.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
