Lease End is seeking a detail-oriented data entry specialist to support our Accounting team in Burley, Idaho. You will process invoices, match them to POs/receipts, and prepare payments to vendors via checks, ACH, and wires.

The role emphasizes accuracy, independence, and strong Excel/accounting software proficiency, with opportunities to assist month-end closings and financial reporting.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Process and review invoices, purchase orders, and expense reports for accuracy and completeness.
• Match invoices with purchase orders and receipts, ensuring proper approval and coding.
• Prepare and process payments to vendors via checks, ACH transfers, and wire transfers.
• Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies in a timely manner.
• Assist with month-end closing procedures, including accruals and account reconciliations.
• Respond to vendor inquiries and provide outstanding customer service.
• Assist with ad hoc financial analysis and reporting as needed.
