Boise Cascade is seeking an entry-level Accounts Payable Clerk to join our finance team at the headquarters in Boise, ID. This in-office role involves processing invoices, maintaining vendor records, and supporting the AP process.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of accounting procedures and ERP systems.

Responsibilities

• Process accounts payable transactions, including processing a high volume of invoices daily
• Sort mail
• Scan documents
• Work with Excel reports, sort within existing documents and download queries
• Use multiple computer applications throughout the AP process
• Identify and initiate process improvements
• Work with accuracy
• Work in a team environment
• Bring your positive energy
• Provide outstanding customer service to our customers
• Perform other responsibilities as assigned
