Essence Corp in the United States is seeking an AP professional to manage payments and expenses by receiving, processing, verifying, and reconciling invoices. This role emphasizes accuracy, timeliness, and control of expenses.

You'll reconcile accounts, analyze invoice data, process 3PL invoices, pay vendors, and resolve discrepancies. Maintaining ledgers and safeguarding confidential information are core expectations.

Responsabilités

• Reconciles processed work by verifying entries and comparing system reports to balances.
• Charges expenses to accounts and cost centers by analyzing invoice/expense reports; recording entries.
• Processes invoices from our third-party logistics provider (3PL).
• Pays vendors; scheduling and preparing checks; resolving invoice or payment discrepancies and documentation; Applying credit memos against open AP invoices;
• Maintains accounting ledgers by verifying and posting account transactions;
• Verifies vendor accounts by reconciling monthly statements and related transactions;
• Reconciliation and verification of Suppliers/partners’ account statements; in constant touch with partners to ascertain records accuracy; Sends payment recaps to suppliers/partners;
• Protects organization's value by keeping information confidential.
