Job summary

Cust-O-Fab in Tulsa, OK seeks a detail‑oriented Accounts Payable Clerk to join the finance team. You will enter payables into the ERP, reconcile balances, and maintain accurate vendor records in a fast-paced environment at the corporate headquarters.

The role requires 1–3 years of AP experience, strong communication and confidentiality, and proficiency with Word, Excel, and Outlook. Travel between Cust-O-Fab sites may be required.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Enter material and overhead payables into ERP system.
• Reconciles processed work by verifying entries and comparing system reports to balances.
• Attaches packing slips to vendor invoices.
• Pays vendors by monitoring discount opportunities, verifies federal id numbers, scheduling and preparing checks, resolving discrepancies.
• Files and maintains records of supporting documentation.
• Assists with annual production of 1099s.
• Protects organization’s value by keeping information confidential.
• May be required to travel between Cust-O-Fab sites for business purposes including meetings, training, etc.

Job Location: Corporate Headquarters - Tulsa, OK 74119, Position Type: Full Time, Education Level: High School/GED, Job Category: Finance, The Accounts Payable clerk must be willing to work well in a team setting and capable of carrying out a given task with all details necessary. This role in accounting carries a level of trust and integrity as they may see confidential information.Position is located at the Tulsa Corporate headquarters.

• Enter material and overhead payables into ERP system. Charges expense to accounts and departments by analyzing invoice/expense reports, recording entries
• Reconciles processed work by verifying entries and comparing system reports to balances
• Attaches packing slips to vendor invoices
• Pays vendors by monitoring discount opportunities, verifies federal id numbers, scheduling and preparing checks, resolving purchase order, contract, invoice, or payment discrepancies
• Files and maintains records of supporting documentation
• Assists with annual production of 1099’s
• Protects organization’s value by keeping information confidential
• May be required to travel between Cust-O-Fab sites for business purposes including meetings, training, etc.
