Job summary

Addison Group in San Antonio, TX is seeking an Accounts Payable professional to review invoices, process payments, and maintain accurate records. You will ensure proper coding, timely approvals, and robust documentation to support AP workflows.

Collaborating with internal teams and vendors, you will resolve discrepancies and ensure accurate reporting while gradually handling more complex transactions as training progresses. This position is onsite in San Antonio.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of Accounts Payable experience.
• High-volume invoice processing experience.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to identify and resolve discrepancies.
