Key Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable activities.
• Process invoices, payments, receipts, and other accounting transactions accurately.
• Review transactions and account activity for discrepancies or unusual items.
• Research and resolve AP/AR discrepancies and reconciliation issues.
• Maintain accurate customer and vendor records.
• Perform account reconciliations and follow up on outstanding items.
• Review financial data and investigate variances or inconsistencies.
• Communicate with internal departments, customers, and vendors to resolve accounting issues.
• Assist with month-end accounting activities and reporting.
• Maintain organized supporting documentation and accounting records.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes and increase accuracy and efficiency.
• Assist with additional accounting projects as needed.
