Job description

Temporary Accounts Payable Clerk – $25/HR

Location: Carrollton, TX
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (1-hour unpaid lunch)

We are seeking an experienced Accounts Payable Clerk to temporarily fill in for our regular AP staff member who is out for a few weeks, possibly longer. This is NOT a temp-to-hire role – strictly temporary unless notified otherwise.

Requirements:
5+ years of Accounts Payable experience (REQUIRED)
Proficient in:

• 3-Way Match

• Receiving against a Purchase Order (PO)

• Entering Bills against Item Receipts

• Recording Credit Card Statements

• Bill Pay Process (including obtaining necessary approvals)

• Bank Account Reconciliations

• Monthly Close Procedures
