Overview of the role:

Saputo Dairy Products Canada is currently looking for an Accounts Payable Clerk who would like to join a young and dynamic team in a growing company.

Salary: $41,950 - $55,040 **** offers will vary commensurate with experience, education, skills, and training.****

How you will make contributions that matter:

• Receive, sort and account for invoices from several branches;
• Manage invoices received by e-mail and mail;
• Enter manual invoices into the system;
• Enter invoices with purchase orders into the system;
• Follow-up on account statements;
• Communicate with branches;
• Resolve billing problems;
• Perform all other related tasks.

You are best suited for the role if you have the following qualifications:

• Good understanding of basic accounting principles;
• Minimum 2 years' experience in a similar position;
• Experience with high-volume accounts payable (strong asset);
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills;
• Courtesy, thoroughness and professionalism;
• While the position requires proficiency in English, bilingualism (French/English) is considered an asset, and is required if candidate based in Quebec to communicate and collaborate with colleagues and partners.
