Responsibilities

• Validate and reconcile vendor invoices.
• Cost carrier truckloads to orders and allocate invoices across customers.
• Bill customers from single bills and carrier bills.
• Collaborate with internal team for rate corrections and billing issues.
• Cost lumpers, detention fees, and other accessorial charges.
• Electronic invoice scanning, coding, and storing.
• Enter weekly AP.
• Processing payables.
• Printing checks and mailing to vendors, filing remittances.
• Responding to customer and vendor inquiries via phone or email.
• Filing and organizing.
• Other duties, as needed
