Responsibilities

• Assist inventory management by tracking stock levels, cycle counts, and reporting discrepancies.
• Process shipping, receiving, and transfer documents in warehouse management systems (WMS/ERP).
• Coordinate with warehouse personnel to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment.
• Prepare and file documentation for audits and compliance purposes.
• Communicate with internal departments and external vendors to resolve shipping or inventory issues.
• Ensure all clerical duties related to the warehouse are completed efficiently and in compliance with company policies.
