• Proficiency with Excel and standard business software; ability to learn ERP and billing systems.

Responsibilities

• Process and review vendor invoices for accuracy and approvals.
• Assist accounts payable activities and timely invoice processing.
• Prepare customer billing and project-related invoices.
• Review expenses for employees and projects with supporting documentation.
• Reconcile invoices, receipts, PO, and card transactions.
• Track outstanding invoices and resolve billing discrepancies.
• Maintain organized electronic financial records.
• Communicate with vendors, customers, and internal teams about invoices and payments.
• Support coding of expenses to customers, projects, or locations.
• Assist with travel expense reconciliation and monthly reporting.
• Collaborate with Operations, HR, Management, and Accounting to ensure timely financial data.
