Progress Rail is seeking an Accounts Payable data entry professional in Albertville, AL. You will handle invoice entry, maintain accuracy, and support the AP team under supervision.

The role requires at least 2 years of AP experience, proficiency with 10-key and MS Office, and familiarity with SAP, Infor LN, or Coupa is a plus. High school diploma required; an associate degree is preferred. This is an office-based position with standard hours.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required.
• Associate Degree or higher preferred.
• Minimum of 2 years intermediate Accounts Payable experience.

Responsibilities

• Upload and process Accounts Payable invoices accurately and timely.
• Perform root cause analysis on invoice issues and ensure timely payment.
• Research problem invoices and resolve discrepancies.
• Follow established accounting policies and procedures and support supervisor/manager.
