EastBanc Inc is seeking an Accounts Payable Administrator to own day-to-day AP operations in a high-volume environment and help shape how that work gets done as AI tools mature.

You will test, adopt, and refine automation with Nexus/Bottomline and MRI, maintain records, manage vendor onboarding, and support month-end close.

We offer a competitive salary and benefits; the salary range is $60,000 to $75,000, depending on experience.

Formación

• 1–3+ years of accounts payable experience in a high-volume environment.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to meet deadlines independently.
• Strong communication skills.
• Proficient in Excel and ERP/AP systems.
• Comfort with technology and quick learning of new software.

Responsabilidades

• Process invoices and payments accurately and on time.
• Run ACH, checks, and wires; manage payment posting.
• Maintain AP records and resolve discrepancies.
• Assist with month-end close and reconciliations.
• Support auditable documentation for auditors.
• Identify and implement automation improvements in AP.
