Job summary

PS Property Management Company is seeking an Accounts Payable Associate in Round Rock, TX to support HOA accounting and financial operations. The role involves processing AP tasks, maintaining records, and preparing statements for homeowners associations.

You will work with accounting software, assist managers and board members, and help ensure accurate daily accounting functions within our HOA team.

Qualifications

• Proven accounting experience.
• Eagerness to learn HOA accounting and grow with our company.
• Experience using Microsoft Windows/Excel, spreadsheets and financial reports.

Responsibilities

• Provide accounting and clerical support for HOA Owners Associations.
• Accurately prepare and maintain accounting documents and records.
• Prepare bank deposits, general ledger postings, and statements.
• Daily enter key data of financial transactions in database.
• Provide assistance and support to Community Managers and HOA Board members as required.
