RoviSys Company seeks an Accounts Payable Associate to join our Aurora, Ohio team. The role focuses on timely invoice processing across multiple systems, executing 3-way matches, and reconciling vendor statements while maintaining strong internal controls.

You will collaborate with the AP team, internal purchasers, and vendors to resolve discrepancies and inquiries. Ideal candidates bring prior AP experience in high-volume environments, proficiency in Excel and MS Office, and a detail-oriented

Qualifications

• Previous Accounts Payable experience in high-volume settings.
• Proficient in 3-way match processes.
• Strong data entry accuracy and 10-key skills.

Responsibilities

• Process incoming invoices across multiple systems.
• Perform 3-way match with PO and packing slips.
• Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies.
• Process and reconcile company credit card transactions.
• Support AP team and vendors; resolve inquiries.
• Monitor AP aging and assist timely resolution.
• Maintain vendor profiles and assist process improvements.
• Provide front desk backup as needed.
• Ensure compliance with policies and laws.
• Participate in training and development.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
