Job summary

VEGA Americas, Inc. in Mason, OH is seeking an Accounts Payable professional to join our growing office. You will process invoices, ensure proper approvals, reconcile PO receipts to invoices, and review Concur expense reports to resolve discrepancies.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree (A.A.) or two-year college/technical school.
• Six months to one year of related experience and/or training.
• OR equivalent combination of education and experience.

Responsibilities

• Electronically compile and sort invoices and payment activities.
• Ensure proper approvals are obtained on all non-PPSV invoices.
• Verify PO receipts match invoices during voucher matching.
• Review and reconcile Concur expense reports; flag discrepancies.
• Ensure timely payments with proper documented approvals.
• Support Controller in safeguarding company funds and approved disbursements.
