Job summary

Keller North America, Inc. is seeking a Junior Accounts Payable Associate to support the AP function by processing standard vendor invoices, performing 2-way/3-way matching, coding invoices, and assisting with vendor reconciliations.

This role requires accuracy in data entry, ability to work in a high-volume environment, and a basic understanding of PO processes. 1-3 years of AP experience and an associate or bachelor's degree are preferred.

Qualifications

• Basic understanding of 2-way/3-way matching and PO processes.
• 1-3 years Accounts Payable experience.
• Experience in shared services preferred.

Responsibilities

• Process high volume vendor invoices accurately.
• Perform 2-way/3-way matching of purchase orders, receiving documents, and invoices manually.
• Review, code, and process non-PO invoices.
• Upload and route invoices through the AP workflow system.
• Maintain data entry accuracy and meet daily processing volume expectations.
• Respond to vendor inquiries in a timely manner.
• Obtain approvals and missing supporting documentation.

The Junior Accounts Payable Associate supports the accounts payable function by processing standard vendor invoices, performing routine matching and data entry, and assisting with vendor account reconciliations using work instructions and in compliance with company policies and internal controls.

Responsibilities

Accounts Payable processing

• Process high volume vendor invoices accurately.
• Perform 2-way/3-way matching of purchase orders, receiving documents, and invoices manually.
• Review, code, and process non-PO invoices.
• Upload and route invoices through the AP workflow system.
• Maintain data entry accuracy and meet daily processing volume expectations.
• Actively build knowledge of the companies AP processes, PO lifecycle, and ERP system functionality.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Invoices mismatches and Vendor queries

• Research and resolve invoice discrepancies, payment issues, and account variances
• Respond to vendor inquiries in a timely manner.
• Obtain approvals and missing supporting documentation.

Qualifications

• Accuracy in data entry in a high-volume environment.
• Team-oriented with a positive, adaptable attitude in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic understanding of 2-way/3-way matching and PO processes.
• Minimum 1-3 years Accounts Payable experience.
• Experience in shared services preferred.
• Associate or bachelor's degree or relevant experience.

Additional Information

Salary Range: : $22-30/hr

Actual salary will be based on a variety of factors including relevant internal and external experience, knowledge, skills, scope of job, geographical location or other factorspermittedby law
