Job summary

Keller is seeking a Junior Accounts Payable Associate to join our US finance team in Maryland. You will process high volumes of vendor invoices, perform PO matching, and maintain data accuracy in our ERP workflow.

You will respond to vendor inquiries, code invoices, and help with reconciliations while adhering to internal controls. A degree and 1 years AP experience are preferred; we offer benefits and a competitive hourly rate.

Qualifications

• 1a03 years Accounts Payable experience.
• Associate or bachelors degree or relevant experience.
• Accuracy in data entry in a high-volume environment.

Responsibilities

• Process high volume vendor invoices accurately.
• Perform 2-way/3-way matching of purchase orders, receiving documents, and invoices manually.
• Review, code, and process non-PO invoices.
• Upload and route invoices through the AP workflow system.
• Maintain data entry accuracy and meet daily processing volume expectations.
• Actively build knowledge of the companies AP processes, PO lifecycle, and ERP system functionality.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
• Research and resolve invoice discrepancies, payment issues, and account variances
• Respond to vendor inquiries in a timely manner.
• Obtain approvals and missing supporting documentation.

The Junior Accounts Payable Associate supports the accounts payable function by processing standard vendor invoices, performing routine matching and data entry, and assisting with vendor account reconciliations using work instructions and in compliance with company policies and internal controls.

Responsibilities

• Process high volume vendor invoices accurately.
• Perform 2-way/3-way matching of purchase orders, receiving documents, and invoices manually.

Qualifications

• Accuracy in data entry in a high-volume environment.
• Team-oriented with a positive, adaptable attitude in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic understanding of 2-way/3-way matching and PO processes.
• Minimum 1–3 years Accounts Payable experience.
• Experience in shared services preferred.
• Associate or bachelor’s degree or relevant experience.

Additional Information

Salary Range : : $22-30/hr

Actual salary will be based on a variety of factors including relevant internal and external experience, knowledge, skills, scope of job, geographical location or other factors permitted by law
